Posteriormente, el Ministerio del Trabajo aclar\u00f3 que a los trabajadores que cumplan con los requisitos no se les podr\u00e1 negar este beneficio y permanecer\u00e1n vigentes hasta que se supere la emergencia sanitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, la Superintendencia Financiera indic\u00f3  que el retiro ser\u00e1 abonado mensualmente por la cantidad que el afiliado solicite siempre y cuando no supere el monto del salario mensual por el que se disminuy\u00f3, el cual debe ser certificado por el empleador, y ser\u00e1 limitado a la disponibilidad del saldo en la cuenta de ahorro de cesant\u00edas del trabajador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bendiksenlaw.co\/es\/eng\/contact-us\/\">contactarnos<\/a>&nbsp;para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Decree 488 of March 27 established that workers who had their income reduced due to the Covid-19 pandemic may make monthly withdrawals from the Public Unemployment Insurance Fund equal to the amount of the reduction in income.
