Las empresas afectadas desde un 20% en sus ingresos por la pandemia del Covid-19 pueden optar por un beneficio del pago de 40% de un salario m\u00ednimo mensual por empleado. Esta nueva norma crea un total de siete pagos adicionales, distribuidos entre septiembre, octubre, noviembre y diciembre de este a\u00f1o y enero, febrero y marzo del pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ley incluye los patrimonios aut\u00f3nomos como beneficiarios potenciales de los programas. Estos no tienen que cumplir con la inscripci\u00f3n en el registro mercantil. Simplemente deben contar con un NIT activo y ser declarantes del impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios.
