En esta etapa no hay pagos por prestaciones adicionales y el trabajador debe pactar previamente con el empleador el modo de trabajo en casa o teletrabajo. Cada empleador es responsable de acoger las medidas necesarias para enfrentar la situaci\u00f3n y ser\u00e1 responsabilidad del teletrabajador cumplir con las mismas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la enfermedad es confirmada, las entidades competentes deben asumir las prestaciones debidas. La EPS lo asumir\u00e1 si es de origen com\u00fan o las ARL si es de origen laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tos, fiebre y dificultad para respirar son s\u00edntomas principales del Covid-19, por ellos se adoptaron medidas que las entidades tanto p\u00fablicas como privadas pueden acoger, tales como; la autorizaci\u00f3n del teletrabajo, adoptar horarios flexibles para disminuir el riesgo por exposici\u00f3n en horas pico y evitar la concentraci\u00f3n de trabajadores en el espacio laboral para tener una mejor circulaci\u00f3n de aire, disminuir la cantidad de reuniones presenciales y evitar lugares conglomeraciones donde se pueda interactuar con personas enfermas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bendiksenlaw.co\/es\/eng\/contact-us\/\">contactarnos<\/a>&nbsp;para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>According to an opinion by the Ministry of Labor, workers who have &nbsp;symptoms of Covid-19 must isolate themselves preventively for a period of 14 days, however this is not considered occupational disability.
