{"id":879,"date":"2020-11-30T00:11:00","date_gmt":"2020-11-30T00:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bklaw.com.co\/?p=879"},"modified":"2021-11-05T06:05:38","modified_gmt":"2021-11-05T01:05:38","slug":"electronic-invoices-of-sales-must-be-digitally-signed-by-the-biller-to-be-valid-as-securities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bendiksenlaw.co\/es\/la-factura-electronica-de-venta-como-titulo-valor-debe-llevar-la-firma-digital-del-facturador\/","title":{"rendered":"La factura electr\u00f3nica de venta como t\u00edtulo valor debe llevar la firma digital del facturador"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con la transformaci\u00f3n digital masiva que se present\u00f3 el 2020, la DIAN aclar\u00f3 que para que la factura electr\u00f3nica de venta tenga validez como t\u00edtulo valor debe llevar la firma digital del facturador, adem\u00e1s de cumplir a plenitud los requisitos exigidos por el C\u00f3digo de Comercio y el Estatuto Tributario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al momento de generaci\u00f3n de la factura,  quien la emita debe firmar digitalmente seg\u00fan los lineamientos exigidos por la DIAN en la Resoluci\u00f3n No. 00070 de 2016 con el fin de que se garantice la autenticidad, la integridad y el no repudio de la factura. El emisor podr\u00e1 hacer uso de software especializado o uso de la plataforma gratuita de la DIAN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es importante que la factura electr\u00f3nica de venta tenga validez como t\u00edtulo valor para que los involucrados en la transacci\u00f3n puedan hacer exigibles judicialmente las obligaciones contenidas en ella.
