De este modo, sus reclamaciones estar\u00e1n encaminadas hacia un ente independiente a los propietarios individuales de los inmuebles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta aclaraci\u00f3n de la Corte resulta importante porque suele confundirse en cabeza de qui\u00e9n est\u00e1n las obligaciones laborales.
