Frente a este fen\u00f3meno, la Superintendencia de Sociedades, siguiendo la doctrina del Banco de la Rep\u00fablica, siempre hab\u00eda insistido en la imposibilidad de realizar operaciones mercantiles con ellos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anteriormente, en agosto de 2020 la autoridad administrativa se hab\u00eda pronunciado en contra de considerar legales los aportes a capital en criptoactivos de las sociedades. Los argumentos comprend\u00edan la circulaci\u00f3n forzosa y el peso como \u00fanico medio de pago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, esto cambi\u00f3. A trav\u00e9s de un concepto de diciembre de 2020, la Superintendencia de Sociedades dictamin\u00f3 la posibilidad de realizar aportes en especie de criptoactivos al capital de las sociedades. Lo anterior, teniendo en cuenta que la legislaci\u00f3n comercial permite realizar aportes en bienes diferentes al dinero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo tanto, los criptoactivos ahora podr\u00e1n ser susceptibles de aportarse al capital de las sociedades.
