A ra\u00edz de una demanda en la que un proveedor neg\u00f3 sin motivaci\u00f3n alguna el derecho de retracto de una consumidora, la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio fall\u00f3 que los proveedores deben justificar bajo par\u00e1metros legales su negativa a dar tr\u00e1mite al derecho de retracto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El derecho de retracto es una potestad que le asiste al consumidor para arrepentirse de haber celebrado un contrato de compraventa.
