Estas cuestiones son especialmente importantes en los procesos de sucesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lugar, la entidad afirm\u00f3 que la muerte del empleador no es una causal de terminaci\u00f3n del contrato laboral.
