Frente a esto, la normatividad colombiana no ha sido ajena. La Superintendencia de Sociedades expidi\u00f3 nuevas instrucciones para la realizaci\u00f3n de asambleas de accionistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La circular de la entidad administrativa desarrolla aspectos del Decreto 176 de 2021, el cual determina las reglas aplicables a las reuniones de asambleas o juntas de socios para el a\u00f1o en curso. De este modo, las instrucciones contemplan los plazos m\u00e1ximos que tienen las compa\u00f1\u00edas para llevar a cabo las reuniones ordinarias al cierre del ejercicio contable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fecha para la realizaci\u00f3n de reuniones pendientes se unific\u00f3.
