Siendo as\u00ed, este proyecto consta de cuatro puntos esenciales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ampliaci\u00f3n de la licencia de paternidad. La licencia de paternidad es el tiempo dado al padre para que pueda contribuir con la llegada de su beb\u00e9 y disfrutarlo junto a su pareja. Esta licencia dura actualmente ocho (8) d\u00edas h\u00e1biles, los cuales son remunerados. El aumento en la licencia de paternidad se har\u00eda conforme a la reducci\u00f3n en el desempleo. Por cada punto porcentual en la disminuci\u00f3n de la tasa de desempleo, se sumar\u00eda una semana a la licencia de paternidad con el fin de extenderla hasta a cinco (5) semanas.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li>Creaci\u00f3n de la licencia parental compartida. Esta licencia consistir\u00eda en un permiso otorgado a la madre y al padre para ausentarse de sus trabajos cuando sus beb\u00e9s est\u00e1n reci\u00e9n nacidos.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li>Licencia parental flexible. Esta modalidad de licencia es un permiso otorgado a la madre y al padre con el cual podr\u00edan repartir a conveniencia las seis (6) \u00faltimas semanas de la licencia parental.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\"><li>Medidas contra la discriminaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito laboral. Mediante la creaci\u00f3n de las anteriores figuras y la ampliaci\u00f3n de la licencia de paternidad se pretende eliminar la discriminaci\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero en el campo laboral. Adem\u00e1s, se pretende prohibir las preguntas sobre planes reproductivos, de familia o de sexualidad en las entrevistas de trabajo.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>El coautor de este proyecto expresa que, al momento de contratar personal, los empleadores tienden a elegir a hombres en lugar de mujeres, sobre todo si estas se encuentran en \u201cedad reproductiva\u201d, lo que constituye una desventaja para ellas en el mercado laboral. Seg\u00fan el coautor, esta preferencia est\u00e1 relacionada con el tiempo de licencia de maternidad, el cual es de dieciocho (18) semanas calendario, tiempo durante el cual la mujer no realiza labores propias de su trabajo, y adem\u00e1s adquiere garant\u00edas especiales tales como la estabilidad reforzada.
