{"id":303,"date":"2021-08-06T20:32:59","date_gmt":"2021-08-06T15:32:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bklaw.com.co\/?p=303"},"modified":"2021-11-05T04:04:21","modified_gmt":"2021-11-04T23:04:21","slug":"new-strategy-to-generate-employment-for-young-people","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bendiksenlaw.co\/es\/nueva-estrategia-para-la-generacion-de-empleo-para-jovenes\/","title":{"rendered":"Nueva estrategia para la generaci\u00f3n de empleo para j\u00f3venes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente de Colombia sancion\u00f3 el Decreto 688 de 2021 que crea un apoyo para la generaci\u00f3n de empleo de j\u00f3venes entre 18 y 28 a\u00f1os. Esta iniciativa legislativa parece prometedora en el actual panorama econ\u00f3mico generado por la pandemia del COVID-19, en el cual el desempleo ha pasado a ser una de las grandes preocupaciones sociales, sobre todo para aquellos j\u00f3venes que se encuentran ingresando al mercado laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Decreto 688 crea un subsidio a favor de aquellos empleadores, sean personas naturales o jur\u00eddicas, que durante el 2021 contraten trabajadores adicionales que se encuentren entre los 18 y 28 a\u00f1os. Este subsidio equivaldr\u00e1 al 25% de un (1) salario m\u00ednimo legal mensual vigente que se consignar\u00e1 mensualmente por cada uno de los trabajadores j\u00f3venes vinculados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las condiciones para aquellos empleadores que pretendan ser beneficiarios del apoyo para la generaci\u00f3n de empleo a j\u00f3venes son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Demostrar su calidad de empleadores mediante la Planilla Integrada de Liquidaci\u00f3n de Aportes -PILA.<br>Contar con un producto de dep\u00f3sito en una entidad financiera vigilada por la Superintendencia Financiera o en una cooperativa de ahorro y cr\u00e9dito vigilada por la Superintendencia de Ahorro Solidario.<br>Para determinar el n\u00famero de trabajadores \u201cadicionales\u201d que pueden generar esta ayuda en favor de la compa\u00f1\u00eda se tomar\u00e1 como base el n\u00famero de trabajadores por los cuales el empleador realiz\u00f3 el pago al sistema de seguridad social durante el mes de marzo de 2021.<br>Para las nuevas sociedades se tendr\u00e1 en cuenta el n\u00famero de empleados dependientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si usted considera que su sociedad o empresa podr\u00eda ser beneficiaria de esta iniciativa, la postulaci\u00f3n se har\u00e1 mediante la remisi\u00f3n de los siguientes documentos ante la entidad financiera en la cual se tenga el producto de dep\u00f3sito:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solicitud, firmada por el representante legal, manifestando que quiere ser beneficiario del apoyo para la generaci\u00f3n de empleo para j\u00f3venes dentro de la estrategia \u201cSac\u00fadete\u201d.<br>Documento, firmado por el representante legal o la persona natural empleadora y el revisor fiscal o contador p\u00fablico, que certifique:<br>Que los empleados j\u00f3venes por los cuales se otorga el apoyo recibieron el salario correspondiente el mes inmediatamente anterior a la postulaci\u00f3n.<br>Que, para el momento de la postulaci\u00f3n, los aportes a seguridad social para el mes de marzo de 2021 se encuentren al d\u00eda para todos los empleados que el empleador tuvo para dicha fecha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las entidades financieras y\/o cooperativas de ahorro y cr\u00e9dito est\u00e1n encargadas de realizar las verificaciones pertinentes de los documentos enviados por los empleadores para su postulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si desea aplicar a este beneficio, en B\u00e9ndiksenLaw podemos acompa\u00f1arlo en este proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bendiksenlaw.co\/es\/contacto\/\">contactarnos<\/a> para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The president of Colombia issued Decree 688 of 2021 which creates an incentive system for employers and companies to generate employment for young people ages 18 and 28.
