Esta tasa implica una reducci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s del 90% en el valor que debe pagarse a la SIC por la presentaci\u00f3n de esta solicitud. Sin embargo, recientemente, a trav\u00e9s de la Resoluci\u00f3n 66173 de 2022, la SIC fij\u00f3 las tasas que se cobrar\u00e1n por los tr\u00e1mites ante esta entidad en temas de propiedad intelectual durante el a\u00f1o 2023 y NO incluy\u00f3 estas tasas especiales mencionadas anteriormente. As\u00ed, es importante que aquellos j\u00f3venes que tengan entre 18 y 28 a\u00f1os y est\u00e9n interesados en registrar su marca realicen la solicitud correspondiente durante los d\u00edas que restan del mes de diciembre de este a\u00f1o para que puedan ser beneficiarios de la tasa preferencial, pues para el a\u00f1o siguiente deber\u00e1n pagar el valor total sin descuento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para realizar la solicitud de registro de marca y acceder a esta tasa especial, los solicitantes deber\u00e1n tener entre 18 y 28 a\u00f1os y aportar copia de su documento de identidad con el fin de acreditar su edad. Adicionalmente, deber\u00e1n diligenciar el formulario que la SIC ha establecido para presentar las solicitudes de registro de marca y cumplir con todos los requisitos aplicables de acuerdo al tipo de marca que se quiera registrar.
