{"id":1732,"date":"2022-06-07T11:58:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-07T06:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bendiksenlaw.co\/?p=1732"},"modified":"2022-06-07T21:57:58","modified_gmt":"2022-06-07T16:57:58","slug":"requirement-of-pre-tax-registry-to-create-a-business-before-the-bogota-chamber-of-commerce-is-eliminated","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bendiksenlaw.co\/es\/eliminado-requisito-de-pre-rut-para-crear-empresa-en-la-camara-de-comercio-de-bogota\/","title":{"rendered":"Eliminado Requisito de Pre-Rut para Crear Empresa en la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Bogot\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Uno de los requisitos indispensables para crear una sociedad, abrir sucursales de una sociedad extranjera o inscribir entidades sin \u00e1nimo de lucro, es el diligenciamiento de un borrador del Registro \u00danico Tributario \u2013 RUT, conocido como \u201cpre-RUT\u201d y su presentaci\u00f3n ante la C\u00e1mara de Comercio. En este formulario se encuentra toda la informaci\u00f3n que permite la identificaci\u00f3n de la persona jur\u00eddica y de las personas naturales que la conforman. Sin embargo, con la finalidad de simplificar y agilizar este proceso, la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Bogot\u00e1 y la Direcci\u00f3n de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) acordaron eliminar este requisito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El diligenciamiento y presentaci\u00f3n de este formulario \u201cpre-RUT\u201d representaba un proceso adicional pues deb\u00eda ser revisado y aprobado por los funcionarios de la DIAN, lo cual implicaba un tiempo de espera mayor en la generaci\u00f3n de la matricula mercantil. Sin embargo, gracias a esta decisi\u00f3n de eliminar el \u201cpre-RUT\u201d, ahora s\u00f3lo es necesario diligenciar el formulario del Registro \u00danico Empresarial y presentarlo ante la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Bogot\u00e1 de forma virtual o presencial, junto con los dem\u00e1s formularios y documentos exigidos seg\u00fan el tipo de empresa que se quiera crear. Una vez se presente esta solicitud, se obtendr\u00e1 de forma autom\u00e1tica e inmediata el N\u00famero de Identificaci\u00f3n Tributaria - NIT, sin que se requiera ning\u00fan proceso adicional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es de resaltar que la eliminaci\u00f3n de este requisito aplica \u00fanicamente para la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Bogot\u00e1, es decir, en la ciudad de Bogot\u00e1 y en los municipios de Cundinamarca en los que tiene jurisdicci\u00f3n.
