{"id":1427,"date":"2022-02-08T21:09:05","date_gmt":"2022-02-08T16:09:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bendiksenlaw.co\/?p=1427"},"modified":"2022-02-08T21:09:06","modified_gmt":"2022-02-08T16:09:06","slug":"cryptocurrency-transactions-in-colombia-are-subject-to-inspection-by-the-tax-authority","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bendiksenlaw.co\/es\/las-operaciones-con-criptoactivos-son-objeto-de-inspeccion-por-parte-de-la-dian\/","title":{"rendered":"Las Operaciones con Criptoactivos Son Objeto de Inspecci\u00f3n por Parte de la DIAN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El pasado 28 de enero, la Direcci\u00f3n de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales \u2013 DIAN inform\u00f3 que, debido a la popularizaci\u00f3n e incremento en el uso de las monedas virtuales, ha iniciado acciones encaminadas a fiscalizar a los contribuyentes que hagan uso de estas monedas. La finalidad de estas acciones es garantizar un debido control tributario frente a aquellos contribuyentes que en el impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios han omitido o registrado de forma inexacta informaci\u00f3n con respecto a los ingresos que han obtenido gracias a las operaciones realizadas con criptoactivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed mismo, la DIAN record\u00f3 que ha expedido oficios<a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> en los que indica cu\u00e1l es el manejo fiscal que debe darse a los criptoactivos y a las operaciones realizadas con estos y su correcta declaraci\u00f3n, con el fin de que se de cumplimiento a la totalidad de las obligaciones tributarias que surgen con la realizaci\u00f3n de operaciones con estas monedas virtuales. De esta forma, la DIAN aclara que con estas medidas espera fortalecer la lucha contra la evasi\u00f3n fiscal y en contra del lavado de activos y la financiaci\u00f3n del terrorismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por lo anterior le recordamos la importancia de asesorarse correctamente en estos temas y contar con la opini\u00f3n de un profesional tributarista que lo ayude a asegurarse de dar cumplimiento a la totalidad de obligaciones tributarias a su cargo y al de su empresa para evitar la imposici\u00f3n de sanciones.
