Al respecto, aclara que en los contratos de trabajo es v\u00e1lido el pacto del salario en moneda extranjera. Sin embargo, debido a la regla general que indica que las operaciones en moneda extranjera que no correspondan a operaciones de cambio deben pagarse en moneda legal colombiana, los salarios pactados en moneda extranjera deber\u00e1n ser pagados en pesos colombianos.
